Payment

We accept Zelle only. After placing an order, send the displayed total to (646) 715-6826 and include your order number in the memo. Payment is reviewed and marked paid by our team. If we receive less than the full total, your order will be shown as partially paid until the balance is received.

Shipping

Orders ship via USPS within 1–3 business days after full payment is received. Shipping is $7 for 1–5 bottles, $10 for 6–10, $15 for 11–20, and $20 for 21–50. Once your package ships, we will add a USPS tracking number to your order status page and send an update through your available, consented contact method.

Order updates

Every order has a unique number and a private status link. You can see when it is processing, partially paid, paid, shipped, or delivered. If you have a question, email Nyameherbal@gmail.com and include your order number.
